  3. Vector user-specified band edges, size 2 * second argument'
  4. Vector user-specified band responses, size 2 * second argument'
  5. Vector user-specified tolerance, size second argument
  6. Integer type of filter, 0 = ORDINARY, 1 = DIFFERENTIATOR, 2 = HILBERT
  7. Real sampling rate
